Rules for booking classes
The following rules apply when booking classes
- Bookings open 72 hours before the class starts.
- Bookings can be made up until 1 minute before the class starts.
- You must confirm your attendance, at the latest 5 minutes before the class starts. If not, you may lose your spot in the class.
- If you want to cancel a booked class, this must be done at the latest 3 hours before the class starts. Otherwise, you will receive a no-show penalty.
- If you have 3 no-show penalties within a 30-day period, you won’t be able to book classes in the app.
- It is only possible to book 2 fitness classes per day
- For certain membership types/fitness classes, separate rules apply
How to book classes
Booking for all fitness classes can be done via an app called Kraft Sportssenter, the same app that can be used to gain access to the doors at Kraft. You can download it from Apple store (iPhone) or Play store (Android).
You log in with the same telephone number linked to your Kraft membership, then click next. You will then receive a one-time code via SMS.
Proceed thereafter into the calendar, chose the date you want to train, and find the class you want to participate in. Click on the class and finally, book class.
How to confirm attendance for classes
Attendance is automatically confirmed by registering visits/opening the gates with mobile access control. This works on registered group lessons starting within 2 hours from the confirmation time.
If you use a physical membership card, register your card at the terminals in reception and confirm attendance there.
Remember that you must confirm attendance no later than 5 minutes before the class starts to avoid someone else taking your place in the class.
11.10.24 - Right now, unfortunately, you do not have the opportunity to confirm attendance in the app in the last 5 minutes before the group lesson starts. If you arrive at this time, please contact reception to confirm attendance.
How to cancel classes
Go to the group class you are registered for in the app, and select cancel class.
Cancellation of registered lessons must be done no later than 3 hours before group lessons start. Cancellation later than this will result in a no-show.
If you find that you cannot attend a group class during this 3-hour period, we would still greatly appreciate it if you cancel your booking, so that other members will have the opportunity to take your place.
Availability/waiting-list
The number you see next to the group lesson shows how many free places there are in this group lesson. At full time, you have the opportunity to put yourself on the waiting list. There are 5 places on the waiting list. If you are on the waiting list and get a place in the class, you will receive an SMS about this.
The waiting list is reset 3 hours before the group class starts, so if you are still on the waiting list then and want to participate in the class, you must follow the app to see if there is a free place and then book it. If you still haven't got a place, you can turn up and hope that there will be a free place 5 minutes before the class starts.
No-shows
In the event of 3 or more no-shows during the last 30 days, you will not be able to use booking in the app. You will still be able to book group lessons at the terminals at reception. If you use mobile access control, you can log in to the terminal by pressing the forgotten card and logging in with your date of birth and telephone number.
You receive a no-show penalty if:
- You do not attend the group class you have booked a place at.
- You cancel a group lesson later than 3 hours before the lesson starts.
- You have not confirmed attendance 5 minutes before the class starts. During these 5 minutes, you can change your no-show to attended by confirming your attendance, but if someone else takes your place and the class is full, you will receive a no-show.
