Alex is a certified 300 hour Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher.
Yoga Flow is a dynamic and energetic "moving meditation" inspired by Vinyasa Yoga. There is a strong focus on following the breath as we move from one pose to the next.
She has been teaching group classes here at Kraft since 2018, is leading the 'Nybegynnerkurs i Yoga' and helping to organize (and improve!) the yoga program at Kraft. Alex is passionate about promoting accessibility of yoga to all, and sharing her experience of yoga with others.
